I particularly like the login stats in the new renet system. I think the give you a very quick update of how you are going in the various aspects of your business. No of listing , no of contacts, no of new listings, price reductions and that kind of thing.
Its very easy as an individual agent to see how you are going but also from management perspective its really beneficial to be able to realise that people have got a strength here or need to hone their skills in another area perhaps.
So it's a great improvement in how that goes and Im really happy.
