What I really like is the email alerts and updates - people invariably come to you and say "Can you let me know when something new comes on the market or if the price changes" and you say "Yes" but to be honest with human frailty being what it is, it doesn't happen. But if they are entered appropriately into the Renet system you've got a permanent record there and to see people are automatically alerted to any change to a new listing, or a price change or a variation of an existing listing. Its amazing how quickly they get involved if they see something that works for them. Yeah those 2 aspects are huge things from a company perspective.
