ReNet at the time and still is the leader in XML technology for Real Estate.  Working closely with APN technology teams ReNet prepared module websites for each Newspaper website and also the mobile app to accomodate the growing needs in this area.. Once these were created and hosted initially these sites were populated with content from Agencies who where ReNet clients. Once up and running in conjunction with APN management approaches where made to all agencies and Real Estate groups to have their listings inbound XML fed to ReNet and then for us to XML outbound to the APN sites. Every XML Provider contributed and all but 2 of the major RE groups also sent listings.This amounted to 27 providers/groups supplying inbound feeds

For independent agencies who did not have an uploaded to XML listing we provided a manual login so they would be able to access the APN sites.  In the long term some of these became full time ReNet clients which meant one point of entry for them and access to the other portals depending on their relationship with them. 89 Agencies fitted this category.

We also through our Tech team provided numerous reports on traffic, emails and other critical information relevant to APN and their clients who were paying APN for displaying ads on the newspapers and websites.

ReNet provided an end to end solution with minimum interaction with people.  The Support team at APN and Support Team at Renet developed functional and simple sign on agreements with all agencies with ReNet Support doing all of the back end work to accomodate the XML feeds both in and out bound. This relationship is now mature requiring little inter personal work between APN, their clients and ReNet. Louis Moore General Manager APN for Real Estate and Cars has commented many times on how well it has worked, how accomodating ReNet has been to execute on a plan and respond to APN or their client needs. Initially as APN did not have contacts with Real estate groups or critical Independents ReNet staff contacted those agents on APN's behalf or support them in presentations. The end result shows the capability of supporting not only high levels of XML but also running and supporting a third party Portal
